I was approved in November and set up service. I was told that they didn't need the ID of the Affordable Connectivity Program that they (comcast/xfinity) would do that. Twice they refused the ID and said it would take two months for payments to process. Well now its February and nothing.

After not receiving any more communication I verified my qualification for the program at getinternet.gov where I also was given my application ID so that I could supply it directly to xfinity.
