I have reloaded 7/8 and 9/8 loads and they work fine with same components and powders, but I favor the 1 oz, 8’s, 7-1/2 or duplex loads, 50/50 mix. Cheddites are straight wall and you will get some migration using tapered wads like Fig 8's or AA's (or clones). You are better using CB6100/2100 (18's) or any of the straight wall import wads. The PT series are pretty reasonably priced, pre-slit wads for target loads, but cheapest are the CB series mentioned above.

I dont use titewad powder, but use the Clay Buster 7/8 oz (silver colored) wad in rem hulls. Just load for 1200 fps or a tad less. If you can add weight (to further soften recoil) that would be a plus.
