Decided I really wanted a Memento so I went to the Summit. No tricks, no exploits, just played on Challenging with 2 directives for about 50 levels with backpack selected as targeted loot. Got two Acosta’s, naturally, and then a Memento with a decent roll, so I was happy! Happy to hear that! Let everyone know you are looking for the memento backpack. If the players SDH level is high they most likely already have it and might drop it. Put on a skill/DPS build and play safe and let the randoms carry you. As long you you are not constantly dying / slowing them down most people with let you play with them regardless of your ability.

I cannot beat the Hunters at level 100 after like 10th times, then I randomly go to countdown and set targeted loot to backpack, voila I get Memento afterwards. 3 months, then two in 20 minutes. On legendary I got it quickly.

HB Backpack gives a lot of survivability with the shotgun. Alternatives: Memento instead of Coyote. Played it for a while, your giving up CHC, CHD and the extra armour on hit for Weapon Damage, Armour Regen and a yellow core. Anything instead of In Sync, maybe Flatline for constant 20% damage.

The best way I got the memento for my friend was to look at the map and see which area loot drops backpacks. Then put a couple of directives on and farm like crazy in that area.
