Viltrumite DNA canonically almost entirely takes over from the other parent's DNA, so the resulting baby based on averages will basically be a Viltrumite - stronger than like 99.999% of Saiyans in the history of the species but barely rate as a nuisance to any related to Vegeta, Kakarot, or Brolly (and a few others like Universe 6 team).
The average (mid-class) Saiyan is at least a moon buster. That is without the 10x boost that Oozaru form gives them. The Viltrumites are screwed unless they intercept the saiyans before they reach the planet.
