Currently, I would say lush planets with exotic style weather seem rare but possible. If you combine this with the other things a lot of people look for you could say a lush planet with thick and deep green grasses, blue sky, blue/green water. a mixture of matching and contrasting flora, butterflies or beetles and at least one type of elusive charismatic mega fauna like diplos, triceratops ...
