Dual pistol thief was lagging a bit, but dual pistol deadeye with the buff should be at least decent after the buff. Pistol pistol is very good for open world, it’s got very high single target damage. The only caveat is that you need to make sure you always have a clear shot at your target as other enemies can intercept you bullets. Pistol pistol + short bow for damage and mobility. You can also use short bow 4 for Condi aoe.
