They could be looking at factors beyond drop rate per completion as those are set for the activity as a whole not based on specific lost sectors most likely. The past 3 days I have only gotten 2 exotics from the 1350 lost sectors, Foe tracer and the bombardiers. I have done over 100+ 1320 and 1350 sectors, and the best rewards ive gotten have been primes that drop, the chest rewards are usually a blue piece of armor and 1-2 cores, this isnt fair.
