meh. imo killing nkg is the better alternative as he is a fun, challenging boss, gives you a better and slightly op charm at the end (that lil flame monster buddy is buffed and does 12 friccing damage. thats as much as a lvl3 nail, definitely op) and lets you keep divine as a permanent resident of town. #5.Title says everything. Imo the banishing ending isn't a "good" ending, it's simply another choice. Grimm isn't doing anything bad after all and doesn't seem to be bothered by his fate of constantly dying and getting reborn. That is simply how his kin survives. It's just Brumm that has doubts and seems to be tired of living forever. Long answer: Defeating Nightmare King Grimm completes the ritual that the troupe sets out to accomplish, and thus their work is done so they leave. If you go the NKG route, the main tent disappears but Divine sticks around until you upgrade all the fragile charms. Most of the endgame takes place in a dream world though, so you should be fine. If you complete the ritual she stays until you have completed the charms. Banish them and she leave immediately. It doesn’t really matter cause all the endgame content is in a dream so you won’t really have to worry about your charms breaking anyway.
