Clearly that's not the case then. Also of interest is the fact that the first 4 perks you got are tier 1 perks, the next 4 are tier 2 perks, and the last 2 are tier 3 (ultimate) perks. As I said, streaks are stupidly easy to achieve, there's literally no trouble doing it. So I doubt the would adjust AI to combat anyone cheesing streaks for perks that don't work. They are broken in so many ways. Mine resets to zero when I die, then when I next exfil shows me at 10+ with full perks. I've had the same issues as you, some were able to reach 10 exfils, some stuck at 8, some stuck at 2, some stuck at 4. Somebody just posted a video showing off a few operators with 10 streaks, probably have to go in sequence. Yeahh true. I got rid of one of my 8s, we’ll see how it goes.
