Depends on the exact two you're looking at but normal PA10s are usually $800-900. So if you plan on upgrading the regular PA10 at all, yea its worth it. POF makes innovative stuff that looks very cool. My experience has found that POF quality is sometimes lacking and they don't really stand behind their products. I'd definitely go with the Ruger. I like my P415 but I've had to put a bit of time and money into it to correct some issues. Accuracy is on par with any run of the mill AR. 1.
