When I compared the two, miles down was great for general concept knowledge with some indepth stuff for high yield material. Jack Sparrow is great too, but also has a good amount of low yield material cards. I did miles down because it was easier to learn for me. Suspend all of the cards in the browse section and then just unsuspend based on the tag/topic as you study it.
