To replace the belt on that mower you must first disconnect the spark plug. Remove the blade and the center bolt that holds the blade clutch on. Remove the 3 bolts that hold the engine on. Remove the engine and install the new belt. Reverse the directions for reassembly. CJ. Here in the shop I use an impact gun to remove it.
