By comparison, here are my dogs' crops. Both were done by Dr. Ann Platt - but crop #3 was a modified show crop on naturally very short ears, and crop #4 is a show crop. Ear flops over head The good thing is you still have plenty of time to correct this. But it is the hardest to correct. You have to post the ears in a 10 2 positon like on a clodk to pull the 2nd ear out a little. This should correct it. I also use a figure 8 brace across the top of the head to hold the ear in that postion so it can't break over.
