Well first things first, can you load into the game without a save file? If you can't you've probably damaged your game files. REPLACE your BotW game folder with a clean/unmodified version, and make sure you apply the updates/dlc properly via CEMU, and do them for the same region (you're probably playing EU BotW).

Dont forget to backup your save file before fixing that! this has nothing to do with a savefile. your game files are not properly installed. redump the game files and update, and then install them through Cemu. don't just copy and paste things, let Cemu handle the installation. follow the guide if you don't know what to do.
