My carrier infinity thermostat (systxccitc01-b) recently died. My local carrier dealer/tech confirmed this and has placed an order with carrier to replace it. Unfortunately my dealer has informed that the thermostat is backorderd and there is not estimate as to when a replacement will ship out.

I have to power cycle the thermostat to get it to turn back on which then wipes out the update. This is going from V3.00 to 3.40 by the way. I also downloaded the update to a micro SD card and attempted to install it that way. (thinking that maybe the online version is corrupted). But got the same effect.
