Adjusting floats on a holley carburetor.
The fuel flow per float bowl needs to be in the region of 0.5 lb/hour/ hp for gasoline, about 0.8 for ethanol or E85, and 1.3 for alcohol. It’s not difficult to hook up a pump and regulator to a fuel bowl with the float dropped just shy of its full travel and weigh what passes through it in one minute.
