I ended up spending a bit of time trying to figure it out, and it seems that you need to go to GT Auto -> Customize Cars -> Custom Parts -> Rear -> Type B. You'll have a lot of fun with the new swapped Evos, the new engine makes them even better! I've built a 770PP Evo III with your 700PP tune that's quite competitive at 800PP level.

Front downforce is the same as I was using already, but rear downforce is much lower at 900, compared to the 975 I was using. So maybe a little skippier at the back, but definitely faster on the straights. ARB settings are higher, I was using 5 and 3, with the car 5 lower at the front.

To taylor a gearbox for a specific track , check both torque and power curves to define your RPM optimum shifting point. #Set 1 st gear for a better accel out the slower corner (Hairpin or else) or for grid start. #Set last gear for the longer straight with a few more extra speed for stream.
