It is better going a 3/7 levels of divine/arcane split and then going 10 levels of Mystic T. That ensures that you will get level 9 divine or arcane spells. You could also go empyreal sorcerer and focus entirely on wisdom but you will never get level 9 spells. Scroll savant does not go well with multi classing imo.

I have experimented a bit with builds and so far nothing comes close to STR vivisectionist for the the first levels (feral mutagen at lvl 2).
