Next rural mail count 2024.
The 3/31/22 MOU states that the 1st one will September 10-23. It’s been the same info for almost 3 months so nothing I’ve said is new. The MOU also states there will be an April 2023 Survey. At my state’s convention it was mentioned that the Union would like a 3rd count after that April one but before the next September 2023 Survey.
