Just had the same problem on the website but was able to do it through the MyMetro app. Go to change a phone on the app. Put in the IMEI of the Iphone 14 Pro. It was able to grab the EID for me automatically and then on my Iphone 14 setting within the "Cellular" Option, I was able to scan the QR code to transfer the settings.
