Lml duramax crank no start.

Now it just cranks, between 1500 and 1800psi. I bought a brand new filter head/filter, still no change. Bought MA rebuild kit. Found a crushed o-ring in the brand new filter head. Replaced all seals, still no change. Bought driver side fuel rail with new sensors, no change. Primer gets hard about 5-8 pumps, still no start.Knocking continued with foot applied on brake pedal and in drive/reverse 1200-1600 rpm "knock" "knock", cylinder cut out test found sound coming from #6 cylinder. Replaced #6 fuel injector. Same issue "knocking" under low RPM. Two days later, Removed engine and disassembled completely to find no issues to Pistons, crank, rods, Heads ...Hoping someone has some ideas. 2015 LML with 100k miles, CP3 conversion 2 years (and 25k miles) ago. Truck is deleted & tuned. No internal mods. The CP4 was clean and good when CP3 conversion was done. The CP3 was only done as insurance. No starting issues over the past 2 years. also, try and stay away from either. if you get desperate, use a small amount of gasoline, WD40 or something similar. much safer. bad CP3 can definitely leak fuel in to the return. pull the return on the CP3 and verify how much comes out when cranking. if it is too much it can rob the pumps ability to make pressure.
