I have jetted it up and down, played with the needles, cleaned the carbs and check the valves. So, I have a 2002 Kawasaki Prairie 650 Brute Force with under 500 miles on it. Extremely clean machine. I bought it about 2 years ago.
Remove Airbox (2 bolts, and 8 screws at top of carb) Loosen Intake boot clamps. Remove coolant, fuel, and drain lines from carbs. Lift carbs, remove 1 screw from each choke cable that screws into the carb housing, not the cable to bracket screw. Remove choke cables.
