No ports have opened up at all. I've tried neighborhood petitions with cable companies (It's worth noting that it's a neighborhood of 70 houses, not exactly rural), tried calling AT&T everyday for like 3 months in a row. Nothing. Til one day late September I see marked locate lines on the sides of the road in my neighborhood.
