It's the timing. Off peak for example would be like a 6p-3am which is when shuttles are used less. On peak could be like 8p-4am. The off peak and peak shuttles are for premiere. I purchased regular shuttle passes and never waited more than 30min. We left from Tropicana every day at 6p and the speedway at 3am.

Edc is pretty intense and it's in a city that wants nothing to do with you until you're 21. If things go wrong in Vegas, at 18 and being strapped for money is NOT fun. Do EDCLV right. Stay in a comfortable hotel and have enough saved you won't have to worry about money. Vegas is expensive. It isn't a town to be in on a budget. EDC isn't going away!

Last year info was released very late. Shuttle last year was very smooth. Only had to wait like 20 minutes in line leaving edc and almost no wait in line heading to edc at Rio hotel shuttle stop. You shouldn't have any problem picking a shuttle stop as long as you're on the bottom and middle of the strip.
