We go through this a few times and she seems confused. She wants to have a tech come out for up to $100 (the first guy told me $60 when we had trouble on the other wall). She had trouble hearing me at the end to the point where it was pretty ridiculous when I had to repeat a 4 digit gate code literally at least 10 times.
