I bought my upper and lower off eBay, it included the Dorman gaskets and the EGR tube. Mar 4, 2010 · its a pretty straight forward gasket replacement. Drain the coolant. Remove the fuel Rails. remove the Supercharger ( leave the TB on) remove the Lower intake. wipe up any coolant in the block. flush some oil down the valley of the motor. and then reinstall.

IIRC the list price for the 3100/3400 gasket set is $130 or so from NAPA. I would imagine the 3800 set to be similarly expensive. Order it from NAPA and make sure to request the aluminum-backed one. They probably keep them in stock so it wouldn't be an issue for them to open the package to verify.
