Also, shoot the thing 'wet' during break-in, firm wrist and tight grip. Another trick is to use a Dremel with felt tip and Flitz to polish the feed ramp and inside of the chamber.

The only practical solution here is to buy a few Springfield 911 mags for the 238 and a Kimber Micro .380 for the spare mag you have. I feel more comfortable with my carry mag coming from the gun's manufacturer. I got three 7 round and one 6 round Sig mags for my P238. I might add a few lower cost mags for range practice.

I have the ultra raptor 2 in 9mm, I'd advise that over the micro 9 as the micro 9 is known to have qc problems. 938 and I'll tell you why. 1911s have an increase in problems the smaller they go. Kimber has historically had problems in general so combine the two and the micro 9 does not have a good reputation.
