It gives you most of the info and just fill in some important labs from the morning. You do not need a template. Just write your own. Decide where on the print out list you will put: labs, imaging, principle problems, important meds, to do list for each patient.Best of luck! UWorld is the best. As someone who is a terrible test taker, I can tell you UWorld and their explanations were key for ABIM. Also, I don't know what your career aspirations are, but if you just want to be board certified, look into AOBIM as well. It's the DO equivalent exam but there's no OMT stuff on it.
