If you want to use it, yes. I don't suggest it personally, it's pretty easy to make money in Skyrim. You have a mod that specifically fixes the various chest glitches in the game. So, yes, if you want to use the chest glitches then you need to disable that mod. If you disable the mod now, it could ruin any character that ever existed with that mod.
