This is Sage, we just got her about a month ago and we think she might be a Carolina dog pitbull mix. At first we thought she was a mutt mix of a Shiba Inu, Corgi, pitbull, and a fox, but according to Google Photos, it says she's a Carolina dog. With her sort of brick head, ears and jaws we suspect she's some sort of pitbull in there too.
