Poor. Bad. Appalling. The Cannondale Touring 2 may be a touring bike in name, but it's really a candidate for an 'everything but racing' bike. It's intelligently designed as a pothole-basher or long-distance ride, with a lot of thoughtful touches, though it's a bit under-specced for the price.
