Total scam. Booked a room through hotelsugogo. They sent a confirmation email with a res number and everything. Arrived at the hotel and they did not have my reservation or a room. They said this same thing happened 6x this week for their property. Contacted customer service and got the run around re: confirmation.Receipt # 2818376 , paid GoSplitty $817.00 for hotel at the Conrad in DC. Hotel said, only a partial payment went through on a credit ending in 5289, and that the remaining balance declined due to insufficient funds. They are twisted, irresponsible, liars who will ruin your vacation and leave you stranded. DON’T book with this company - if anything goes wrong with your reservations they will leave out to figure it out yourself and you better have some extra dollars to find a new hotel and get home. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.

I just used traveluro for 2 hotels. 1 in new York, 1 in buffalo. Had no issues whatsoever. Was a great experience. I was a bit freaked out after reading all the reviews but to my pleasant surprise it all went well and I had a great price. After my booking when I read all the websites with reviews I was freaked out.
