Ffxiv audio cuts out.

Resetting the capturecard to default settings makes the audio come back but it cuts out if the audio gets too much, which obviously isn't great for gaming. I usually use it plugged into a ps4 and a TV screen, and this screen is smaller than I have previously used, but i had this issue on the bigger screen before as well. The game loses sound randomly while ALT+TABing and sometimes while in game the game suddenly stops. No error message or crash the sound just goes away and the game requires a restart to enable sound back again. This happens only to this game and nowhere else. This is supposed to be more energy efficient. It becomes much more noticeable with narrators that take longer pauses between sentences. On occasion I will listen to audiobooks using a Bluetooth speaker that also does this. Some books become unlistenable, others it only cuts of the “chapter” at beginning of each chapter.

When playing a Youtube video, occasionally the audio will cut out for 3-5 seconds, but the video will keep playing. Then after 3-5 second the video will stop seemingly waiting for the audio to catch up, then they'll both continue playing as if nothing has happened. Hi lately I've noticed rarely some sound effects being cutout our missing parts.
