Played primarily on my Warlock initially, and then grinned the others. I was completing the artifact board on my warlock. I was at last step before getting Exotic Quest for glaives. I switched over to Titan and crafted the two weapons and then grabbed Exotic quest on titan. I went to craft the Titan exotic glaive with no issue.

I'm pretty sure they stated that you'll be able to just buy the other exotic glaive patterns once you get your first, but I forget when it's supposed to happen.
