It works for me, I've been using it for 3 or 4 days because it's the only way to be able to play SA ( well brasil) servers since new world gives me 500+ input latency and with exitlag it lowers me to 65.

Seems like you might already know the difference between ping and latency, so Exitlag normally shows the ping which is about half of what shows in Overwatch as that shows latency. Exitlag (and any vpn) can reduce your ping/latency but only if your ISP has shitty routing to the game server.
