The tutorial for Victoria 3 sucks and I am confused as to why things happen. Vic3. At first it was a little slow but helpful for the economic part of the game. I wish it explained more than one thing at a time and felt that advancing time while I was missing so much of the game was a little annoying but whatever.0.3.0. Yeah, I actually only do observer mode for EU4, and focus on setting up a narrative for Vic 2, then I usually heavily play Vic 2 and pick a good game/scenario to finish out in HOI4. Victoria is the best series of games paradox has ever put out and Vic3 is a very worthy successor to Vic2. Pops, the political system and the economic simulation make Europa Universalis look like Risk (This coming from someone who loves EU3 and still plays it, never cared much for EU4).
