Shift interlock under the column probably went bad. I had to swap mine once. I don't remember the cost but it wasn't much. 2 screws and 1 plug on the bottom side of the column, behind the shifter. Until you get that fixed, pull the boot from around the shifter lever and there is a lever behind that.
