I’ve been having good luck with a 18/2 wizard/rogue inquisitive build. End split will be something like: Inquisitive 41 Deep Gnome 17 Harper Adept 12 Pale Master 6 Eldritch Knight 6. Sometimes when all my spells failed, needed saves or just didn't crit or deal enough damage, i just stacked up arcane pulse on enemy and 100% of the time they didn't last the full effect. 100% advised for force builds.

physical damage will suffer if u use a dc set. combining spell and physical damage splits your reaper points across 3 trees instead of 2. In heroics abd early epics its totally possible to have workable dcs in ranged sets, as i have done it (i have a lot of past lives though). Imo wizard 18/2 inquis is best heroic.

Oct 27, 2023 · There's allot of undead in DDO. As a wizard what's your backup plan? i.e. Draconic Epic Destiny and pump the fire or electro breath. Plus necro etc. You can also build a fleshy wiz. and get by with Primal and Exaulted Angel on the sides with Draconic. There's several ways to do the same thing. Some folks prefer Majister. The wizard works in this sense like the others work, if you build for self-sufficiency and know how to handle yourself in that environment.
