It is DDLC with enhanced visuals and extra content. It is a different experience from the original since the original game was designed to be played on a computer, whereas DDLC+ was designed for consoles. DDLC was a simple, but effective, game and I feel the metaverse takes away one of the main charms of the original. Plus it feels like the metaverse lore was all just to build up to connecting it to and teasing Project Libitina, which kinda makes DDLC feel like an afterthought in its own game.
