Our client has had issues for over a month accessing their website and email server. AT&T is their ISP and the local IT person who came in to work on the issue confirmed it is only being blocked by AT&T. The website is accessible on all other ISPs. The client cannot even check email via the server webmail link because the IP is being blocked.
