Bowfa at Various Bosses. I’m slowly approaching 95 slayer and end game PVM content. My next task before I start end game PVM is to obtain the bowfa and crystal armour. After obtaining, I will be killing Zulrah with the bowfa to obtain all three uniques. Other bosses peak my curiosity on whether or not the bowfa will be good.Though it does have the benefit of being quite a bit cheaper to use, assuming it’s corrupted. Crystal bow destroys rcb at bandos no matter the method. Upon dps calc, you are in fact right my good sir. 6:0 is the worst range method to use at bandos because of how many tics you lose in the cycle as it’s the longest cycle. But 7:0 / 9:0 are waaay sweatier. 6:0 is no tick loss and no inv lost to cannon base.

It's definitely fine as a weapon for olm. Olm doesn't have a weakness to stab btw, the Lance is better because olm is a dragon, so just use slash on the saeldor. With 99 range/pegs crystal bow with crystal armor actually outperforms even blowpipe ammy darts at Mystics, Olm Head, but is much worse at tightrope and Muttadiles, 6.9DPS - 8.09 DPS for cbow/bp. You lose 2.5% dmg and 5% accuracy on top of -9 ranged attack bonus. I ran faveguard/bofa until my first purple. Now I got the helm :D. It’s pretty normal to run it without the helm at TOA. I recommend using the helmet just because of the boost in performance that the full set of crystal provides and how much it speeds up croc and wardens. 700 kc dry on the bowfa (not even THAT bad) is a real motivation killer, I've literally quit the game multiple times thinking I couldn't progress without it. The only upkeep of bowfa is the degrading armor. Dude corrupting it requires 2000 crystal shards. That's 32m gp and for 32m gp in shards you'd otherwise get 200k shots with the uncorrupted bofa. It's not like regular bofa doesn't require anything to use. Since bofa is 4 tick that's 25 shots per minute or 1500 per hour.Seems possible because they don't let you recolor the blade and bow unless they're corrupted.
