It will appear on the southeastern side of the river of the Plateau toward the bottom corner, as shown in the map above. You should see an orange Dawn Fragment appear in this area. If you're looking at the map, I found it in the back left corner of Forgotten Lands. I saw someone else say that's near where theirs was by the second ramp to the Plateau. I have seen a few comments on other posts that say to try re-starting the game if you still can't find it after you have all the dolls. Good luck! 🤞🏼.
