The goal of these guides was to make the personas with minimal use of skill cards so you don't have to grind or go to the cafe. I also tried to minimize the amount of SL's that you have to max as well.As for the end game, however, two personas generally tend to stand out: Trumpeter (Lv67) and Yoshitsune (Lv75). Trumpeter gets the best boss-debuffing skill in the game, Debilitate, and Yoshitsune gets the all-around best damaging skill in the game, Hassou Tobi. The ideal Yoshitsune is something like Hassou Tobi, Arms Master, four Nulls/Drains, and two fill passives (Insta-Heal, Victory Cry, Apt Pupil, Regen 3, etc.). You can put Power Charge, Debilitate, and auto-buffs on other Personas to free up space. You definitely don't need Repel Elec when Yoshitsune already has that naturally.
