As an update I did nbme 12 as a practice exam and nbme 11 casually over a day and a half and nbme 12 definitely had questions the other forms didn't, and nbme 11 repeated many more questions from 9 and 10 than 12 did. My score from form 12 was actually pretty consistent with uwas 2 as well.
