I'm 5'8", 175 lbs. with a 32" waist and have had no problem carrying an HK45C in a Sparks VM-2 all day, every day. It's probably as large and as heavy a gun as I would want to carry IWB but it's definitely not burdensome.It is a big gun, a 10+1 shot .45 ACP pistol that's almost six inches tall and more than 7.5 inches long with a standard-length barrel. Recently, I added Talon grips on it and turned out to be really good. One thing you should probably be more careful is that the Granulate option is extremely aggressive.In theory, "The enhanced LEM trigger system combines the reliability of a double action revolver trigger with the crisp, precise trigger of a single action pistol.". Seems too good to be true. Feels good. When dry firing (racking the slide each time) the HK P2000's trigger pull is ridiculous long and supernaturally smooth.

I have used both: -Extended does the job, but like the original release is made of plastic (except for the magazine catch). -Enhanced is a little bigger and made completely out of metal, like the Mark 23 magazine release, The extended is amazing.
