Whilst I've beaten BotW on Switch, I still have to 100% the shrines and a few side quests and was looking to do so on Cemu so I could play with mods. Finish your current run, put the game down for a while, and then pick it up and try Master mode. Stop trying to cheat the game and just do the work on Master Mode lol. As far as I know, there's no inherent way to "convert" a regular mode file to a Master Mode one. They're treated as entirely separate files.

three options: use the mouse. you can rightclick and drag and use the mousewheel to emulate motion controls. it's terrible but it can get you past those shrines at least. use an android phone. there are guides for that online. there are mods that completely replace all motion puzzles in the game. check gamebanana.
