MK11 Tweaking Shang Tsung. Misc. MK11 is assuredly over now and 12 is on its way. Shang Tsung was one of my mains but I felt that he was lacking in some areas. He wasn't bad or anything, and not the most disappointing character by any means, just a left a little something to be desired. And this is gameplay wise alone, mind you.
