Just most people today wouldn't notice it because most people's PCs are more than able to handle ARK SE with Tether Distance set to say 99 without too many issues. THe only thing you can do is up the speed of mating to almost instantaneous. even with the ability to adjust breeding range, grumpybear does make a solid point. You need to adjust the distance of the Tether, it is not possible that it is only 180m from the non-dedicated server host, solve this problem.

Yes there is a tether. NO the settings to make the tether range go further are NOT working. YES you can host a dedicated server from your PC for FREE. Make sure you have your Steam library set to show tools and games. Download the dedicated server and get it set up how you want. #10.
